The Process

The same process is followed for each shoot to provide consistency and alignment between photographer and client. It begins by outlining the intended outcome of the shoot. Next, logistics are figured out, including dates, models, make-up artists, and locations. Finally the shoot happens and the photos are delivered shortly thereafter within a given timeframe (usually 5 days) including a round of feedback from the client.

I strive for consistency and reliability, elevating communication throughout the process. As a former management and technology consultant, I respect and adhere to timelines and expectations to foster trust and make the client experience seamless.

Look and Feel

The first step of the process is to establish a look for the content to be created. This ensures client approval and opens a medium of feedback to help hone in on the optimal feel. This includes colors, context, editing styles, and shots. Mood boards will be provided to the client outlining these considerations.

Logistics (Models, Locations, Stylists)

After the look and feel for the shoot has been established, the logistics will be outlined. This will include models, locations, products to be shot, and props. This will also include a date and time for the shoot, as well as a deadline for the final photos and payment to be delivered. A document outlining all of these aspects will be drafted and provided to the client as well.
